Ecosol is a privately-owned Australian group of companies. Incorporated in 1996 it has three operating subsidiaries:
Ecological Filtration Systems Sdn Bhd (Malaysia)
The group's corporate headquarters are in Adelaide, South Australia. It has branch offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Townsville, and Perth in Australia, and international offices in Auckland, New Zealand and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Ecosol is run by a board of directors, which it intends to expand to provide a wider range of expertise and experience to support the planned further internationalisation of the business.

Ian Charlton FCCA, Group Executive Chairman
Ian Charlton is aged 54 and a UK-qualified accountant with a wealth of experience in commerce and finance gained overseas with large multi-nationals such as American Express, Citibank, and Grand Metropolitan. He brings with him more than 25 years of experience in his chosen field.
Responsible for the company’s overall strategy and direction, he has been instrumental in guiding the company through its dynamic growth, and ultimate maturity, into one of the leading players in the Australian and international stormwater market, all within a very short time.
Andrew Macklin, Chief Executive Officer
Andrew worked for five years with Lietzke Doors, a national company with offices across Australia. Aged 38, he joined Ecosol in March 1998 with the responsibility to set up the Queensland office and then grow the stormwater division in the domestic market as well as New Zealand and Malaysia.
In October 2003 Andrew became Chief Executive Officer and now runs the group's day-to-day operations.
Ecosol has 23 staff located across three countries working in administration, accounting, project co-ordination, and sales. It operates as a project manager for most of the projects it undertakes and uses an extensive network of sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure it meets client deadlines and provides comprehensive after-sales customer service.
